Technical Delivery Manager

Our client is a Portuguese insurance company and is recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of software projects in complex, enterprise environments. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who is looking to grow into a delivery leadership position while acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsabilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Assist in roadmap planning and monitor project progress, KPIs, and SLAs
• Identify and track technical risks, supporting mitigation plans
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and promote best delivery practices
