Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive offshore delivery of large-scale AWS data platforms with a strong focus on streaming ingestion and CDC pipelines. This role requires end-to-end ownership—from design to production cutover—while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of Kafka/MSK CDC pipelines using Debezium , Kafka Streams , and Flink (exactly-once processing).
Drive bronze-to-silver data transformations on S3 using Iceberg , aligned with Common Data Models (CDM).
Manage offshore delivery teams (Data Engineers, AWS Architects, QA) using Agile/Kanban , Jira , and CI/CD pipelines.
