Technical Deployment

We're looking for a Technical Deployment & Training Specialist to support the installation, rollout, and training of retail pharmacy systems across customer sites.

What you'll do:

• Install, configure, and upgrade retail software and hardware
• Provide on-site support during system go-lives
• Train customers and internal teams on system use
• Troubleshoot live issues and support smooth trading
• Travel to customer sites (including overnight stays)

What we're looking for:

• Experience in technical deployment, field support, or retail systems
• Working knowledge of Linux
• Understanding of POS, inventory, and retail workflows
• Strong communication and customer training skills
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle

Nice to have:

• Experience in customer training or software onboarding
• Multilingual (advantage)
