Technical Deployment Lead

**Reports to:** Manager, Cloud Ops & Security**Location:** Stouffville, ON**Salary:** $75,000 - $85,000* Execute new software installations at customer sites and remote environments* Perform system upgrades and version migrations with minimal downtime* Conduct database migrations, schema updates, and ensure data integrity throughout the process* Deploy containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms* Configure software to meet specific customer requirements and environments* Validate deployments through comprehensive testing and verification procedures* Coordinate deployment schedules with customer stakeholders and IT teams* Provide technical guidance and support to customers during deployment activities* Conduct pre-deployment environment assessments and readiness checks* Deliver post-deployment training and knowledge transfer to customer teams* Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely resolution* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technolo...
