A well-established technology-driven organisation in the healthcare sector is looking for an experienced Technical Developer Lead to strengthen its Technology Services function. This is a strategic hands-on leadership role suited to a senior developer who enjoys coding at a high level while guiding and uplifting a team.

You will be responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring engineering standards are upheld, and driving continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
