Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with business objectives across banking and financial services
• Report to the C-suite and Board on technology roadmap, investments, and risk management
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration, API-first architecture, and AI/ML integration
• Partner with business leaders to translate financial domain requirements into technical solutions

Technology Oversight

• Govern enterprise-scale Java/microservices architecture serving millions of transactions daily
• Oversee modernization of legacy core banking systems to cloud-native platforms
• Ensure API integrations for payments, lending, wealth management, and capital markets
• Maintain technology standards for security, scalability, and performance
