Opportunity Lead with Vision

– As a Senior Hydrogeologist, you’ll provide strategic technical leadership and deliver complex hydrogeological projects that shape sustainable development across Ontario. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor professionals, and represent WSP as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead and review hydrogeological investigations, data analysis, and reporting for infrastructure, transportation, and land development projects.

Apply advanced knowledge of groundwater‑surface water interactions, aquifer performance testing, and water balance assessments.

Ensure technical excellence and compliance with regulatory standards in all deliverables.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.
