Job Description
Serve as the Electrical Discipline Lead or Technical Director (TD) for key data center projects, responsible for end-to-end technical delivery, including:
1.Lead resolution of major electrical technical issues for data center projects, drive closure of technical risks, and provide authoritative responses to technical inquiries.
2.Capable of developing comprehensive testing & commissioning plans, leading and organizing on-site T&C execution, and delivering complete, accurate, and standardized commissioning reports.
3.Able to produce high-quality SOPs, SOOs, and MOPs that meet international data center operational standards, ensuring safe, consistent, and executable procedures.
4.Improve the technical capabilities of electrical engineers within the delivery team by developing training plans and providing hands-on technical mentorship.
