Technical Director Performance Animation Role

Netflix Animation Studios is seeking a Performance Technical Director to enhance workflow efficiency through technical direction and tool development. This hybrid role is pivotal for meeting visual production requirements.

You will work within an innovative team to direct technical advancements and provide user support while troubleshooting complex issues. As a Performance TD, you will develop workflows and tools that align with creative vision while collaborating with leads across Rough Layout, Animation, and Final Layout. Your role will drive the implementation of new technologies to maximize artist efficiency.
