MAGroup Canada – Tecnickrome Aéronautique is seeking a Technical Director
The Technical Director is responsible for the technical team and the methods engineering team. This role leads the technical development of new parts, the optimization of manufacturing processes (shot peening, HVOF, plating, and other special processes), as well as the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies within the plant.
The position also provides technical support to operations and oversees the industrialization of new parts, along with continuous improvement of manufacturing methods. The incumbent must ensure high-quality technical service using available information and resources, often under tight deadlines and in alignment with production and business priorities.
The role requires initiative and creativity to continuously improve the efficiency of the technical function and to achieve performance and delivery objectives.
