The Technical Director - Sponsorship in Programming and Special Projects will lead Sponsorship in Programming and global change projects that contribute to WV Sponsorship 3.0 efforts to revitalize, renew and reimagine Child Sponsorship. The role will entail organizing and overseeing sponsorship global projects addressing simplification, research, data management, learning and development, cross sectoral and ministry integration, development of standards, guidelines, models, tools and resources for sponsorship in programming and design of performance accountability systems and processes.
