Technical Director - Water

WSP is seeking an accomplished **Technical Director – Water** to lead and expand our water engineering and design capabilities across the UAE and the wider Middle East. You will play a strategic and hands‑on leadership role in delivering complex water infrastructure projects, driving technical excellence, and supporting the continued growth of WSP’s water business in the region.



This is a high-impact position suitable for a senior industry professional with extensive experience in water networks, pumping stations, transmission systems, reservoirs, and integrated water solutions.



**Technical Leadership**



+ Provide expert technical leadership and oversight across all water design projects, including water supply networks, transmission pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, and associated infrastructure.

+ Ensure the highest levels of quality, innovation, and compliance with UAE and regional authority standards.
