Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documents (e.g., product manuals, specifications, test reports) for wire and cable products
• Gather information from engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., UL, IEC, NEC) and regulatory requirements
• Update documents to reflect product changes, revisions, or new developments
• Coordinate with production, quality, and sales teams for document review and approval
• Manage document control and versioning system
• Assist in creating training materials and technical presentations
