Scope / Responsibility:

Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Perform general maintenance tasks

Assist the sales team, Installation Team & Services & Maintenance  team inquiries.

Stand by for breakdown

Responsible for installing new lifts and fitting out all lift in new build environments.

Understand all lift schematics and safety procedures.

1. Perform product testings to better understand our products.
2. ·    Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim.
