Technical Engineer

Job Summary:

The job primarily includes attending any server and storage (hardware and software) related issue for clients under maintenance contract with ATI. The engineer is also expected to perform Preventive Maintenance on a periodic or as need basis. Part of his preparation is to do training; be it formal or self-study. He or she may also be involved in a project implementation depending on his or her knowledge and skills. Accounts will be assigned under his or her care and will be responsible for whatever concerns or issues they might present.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Attend service calls for client with MA.
• Identify, analyze and resolve any issues related to system, servers & storage.
• Resolve server/storage issues by identifying root cause and then doing immediate remedial actions.
