Technical Engineer

Job description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Engineer. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to technical engineering of Air and Odor Management Phils (Benmark Group Affiliate). They will be involved in system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to users.
Technical Support
1. Coordination
A. Inform Sales Department about the cleaning, demo installation and pull out schedule.
B. Constant communication with Sales Department.
2. Monitoring
A. Provide monitoring for all service unit.
- Records of all History cleaning and repairs of all service unit.
-Monitor the status of all service unit.
B. Keep in check of all equipment's issued to the technical department.
C. Records of all Service Report and inform sales and other concern regarding to the service conducted.
