Technical Engineering Head – Solar Energy

Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of renewable energy projects, including:

• Engineering design
• Technology evaluation
• Technical feasibility and due diligence

This role ensures projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards. The position supports project development and EPC execution primarily.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Development & Engineering

• Lead technical assessment and feasibility studies for solar PV, wind, and/or BESS projects.
• Evaluate site conditions, resource availability, and system configurations.

2. Design & Technology Evaluation

• Review and approve system designs (preliminary, detailed, as-built).
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in PV modules, inverters, wind turbines, and storage systems.
