Technical Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Regional Technical Engineer to support the New Mobility Retail (NMR) scope across multiple affiliates. The role acts as a technical reference between HQ standards and local execution , covering engineering, construction, and maintenance aspects of NMR roll-outs, including EV charging, retail assets, and new mobility solutions. This is not a site-level engineer or a pure PMO role ; the ideal candidate will operate regionally, supporting and challenging affiliates to ensure technical excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the regional technical reference for affiliates, bridging HQ standards and local implementation.
• Support and review engineering, construction, and maintenance activities for NMR roll-outs.
• Review and validate technical designs, CAPEX proposals, and investment files
