Job Description
- Overall support to the Event Manager with planning, management and control of the event, schedule and budget, including tracking, reporting, and billing matters.
- Undertake technical reviews of equipment of the event, event documents, contractor submittals, work plans and as-built drawings.
- Overseeing and ensuring the smooth flow of the function/event & additional needs and procedures in billing.
- Responsible for attending meetings with company partner/s and clients together.
- Assists in the presentation technical specifications and assists with the requirements of the client.
- Perform quantity take-offs and develop rental estimates.
- Responsible for the coordination of field work related to capital rental projects.
- Perform various Rental Administration tasks such as submittal review, submittal tracking, change order review, change order tracking, and schedule review.
