Technical Executive

This role supports workshop operations throughtechnical expertise, training delivery, and warranty compliance across multipleautomotive brands, working closely with internal teams, dealer networks, andbrand principals to maintain service quality and operational standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver technical, product, and warranty training for technicians, service consultants, and dealer networks. Provide second-level technical diagnostics and troubleshooting support to workshops, resolving complex issues and minimising vehicle downtime. Act as a technical liaison to shop floor operations, including coordinating test drives to validate customer concerns. Support daily operations by liaising with internal and external parties on procurement of tools, lubricants, and equipment, and resolving workshop IT matters.
