DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performance of the following activities in the area of assignment and within the required service level agreements:

2. Ensure leak detection accomplishment within SLA (length coverage, leaks reported, hit rate, volume recovery)

3. NRW management

4. Water production and supply management

5. Ensure prescribed standard pressure is met at all times

6. Monitor, comply, and pass monthly microbiological and semi-annual physico-chemical water testing

7. Collaborate with WQ Officer to ensure compliance to required water quality standards

8. Maintain the working condition of installed filtration systems

9. Ensure 24/7 water availability

10. Monitor and ensure 100% on-time completion of scheduled maintenance (PMS for pumps and motors, EWTs, flushing)

11. Quarterly NWRB withdrawal report
