Be a point of reference for our customers for technical aspects, ensuring high quality services in the Medical IT arena, work from a high competences European Customer Service Center.
You are responsible to
Clearly understand performance expectations in terms of technical services and support.
Meet with EDI services, applications and sales teams as required to provide customer feedback, assist with project plans and align schedules
Assist in providing technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams.
Support the EDI Incident Support team in the accumulation and distribution of technical information
Keep Philips EDI service information database updated.
Provide technical advice on software and hardware upgrades and changes to setup and functionalities
