Technical Instructor (Automotive)

Role Purpose

The Technical Instructor will act as a strategic enabler of technical excellence, ensuring that Technical Advisors across the agency network are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver world-class diagnostics, repair, customer service, and effective use of the brand’s tools and systems. It is a forward-looking, influence-led position for a high-performing instructor who wants to shape technical standards, challenge assumptions, and directly impact customer satisfaction and service quality across a premium automotive organization.

• Deliver in-person and virtual technical courses for Technical Advisors across client agencies
• Prepare, update, and adapt training materials in line with Volvo standards and dealer network needs
