**What You Will Do**
+ Work in conjunction with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME’s) as required while scoping out courses and collating course materials and resources.
+ Design and develop training solutions, where appropriate, perform gap analysis to identify training needs, determining where organisational wide approaches are required, or a Business Unit specific approach
+ Prepare the delivery of training, considering presentation methods and a variety of learning techniques
+ Delivery of quality training courses to external students as required
+ Set up and preparation of the learning environment to enable best practice learning
