We are currently looking for a Technical Investment Manager to join our fantastic team!

About the Role:

In accordance with the requirements of the legislation/norms in the field of construction and the company's standards and within the limits of the specified budget, the Technical Investment Manager organizes and supervises the process of adaptation and endowment of PEPCO spaces, as well as prepares the projects for the development of the spaces..

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and then designs the layout of the spaces according to the company's standards for approval by the Chief Investment Officer
• Provides owners with PEPCO's Performance Guide for spaces and agrees on areas in terms of: space design and plumbing and electrical installations
