Job Summary

We are seeking a
Technical IT Support Engineer
to provide reliable end-user technical support in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure infrastructure, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical IT support to end users via email and remote tools
• Troubleshoot issues related to
  Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Email systems
• Support and maintain
  Azure Infrastructure
• Identify and resolve basic to intermediate
  networking issues
• Document support requests and solutions
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of IT issues
