Technical Laboratory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, peripherals, and networking equipment in CSE laboratories
• Set up and support laboratory environments for programming, software development, databases, networking, AI/ML, and other CSE-related practical sessions
• Install, update, and manage operating systems, compilers, IDEs, databases, and licensed software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely technical support to students and faculty
• Maintain lab inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and consumables
• Ensure data security, system backups, antivirus protection, and access control in laboratory systems
• Assist faculty during lab sessions, examinations, and project work
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, lab manuals, and maintenance records
