Location: Toronto Office

Role Overview
We are seeking a Strong Technical Lead with deep hands‑on expertise in AWS cloud services, Co‑Pilot prompt engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will lead technical design and implementation while remaining actively involved in hands‑on development.
This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to drive AI‑enabled, cloud‑native solutions in an enterprise environment.
The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding solution architecture, enforcing best practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
