TECHNICAL LEAD (BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead a team of senior software engineers.

The candidate will have strong hands‑on software engineering experience, particularly with Python-based applications, as well as proven experience leading technical teams in a financial services, banking, fintech, payments, card operations etc.

• Lead and manage a team of senior SW engineers responsible for internal business applications
• Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and engineering oversight across projects and features
