Job Description

Responsibilities: 
 Drive the technical execution of embedded system projects from design through integration and validation. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable engineering deliverables. 
Coordinate development across embedded software, control systems, and hardware integration. 
Review and validate design documentation, interface specifications, and verification procedures. 
Oversee integration testing, hardware-in-the-loop simulations, and fault analysis. 
Track engineering milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring smooth progress across teams. 
Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and development methodologies. 
Ensure compliance with Epiroc’s safety, quality, and documentation standards. 
Provide technical insights and mentorship to junior engineers where applicable.
