Role Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture for VTEX projects, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
• Review, guide, and approve technical solutions proposed by developers.
• Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring to help team members grow and deliver better quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
• Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
