Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion Finance, HCM, HR & Payroll)
Experience with Commissions systems and complex incentive models
Proven Technical Leadership experience leading Agile development teams
Expertise in software architecture, design, and system integrations
Hands-on coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting experience
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, test-driven development, and automated deployments
Experience with ITSM operations, monitoring, and support
Solid understanding of security, compliance, and business resilience standards
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in Telecommunications domain (preferred/mandatory if applicable)
