• Strong hands-on experience with
  Oracle ERP
  (Fusion Finance, HCM, HR & Payroll)
• Experience with
  Commissions systems
  and complex incentive models
• Proven
  Technical Leadership
  experience leading Agile development teams
• Expertise in
  software architecture, design, and system integrations
• Hands-on
  coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting
  experience
• Strong knowledge of
  CI/CD, test-driven development, and automated deployments
• Experience with
  ITSM operations, monitoring, and support
• Solid understanding of
  security, compliance, and business resilience standards
• Excellent
  stakeholder management
  and communication skills
• Experience in
  Telecommunications domain
  (preferred/mandatory if applicable)
