Technical Lead Developer   Job Description Summary: 


+ D&G Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead Developer to support U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) mission support programs by designing and maintaining applications and automated workflows that improve how engineering, facilities, and capital planning work gets done. This role will lead development of digital tools that connect data from multiple systems, reduce manual processes, and provide reliable information to support daily operations and leadership decisions.


  Roles & Responsibilities: 


+ Provide technical leadership for the design, development, and sustainment of digital solutions supporting civil engineering and mission support processes.

+ Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform applications, workflows, dashboards, and automation tools, including mobile and chatbot solutions.
