Responsibilities: Manage and administer Windows Server environments including installation, configuration, performance tuning, patching and troubleshooting Provision and manage environments (DEV, UAT, PROD) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM including installation, configuration, and upgrades. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible and AWS CloudFormation Support CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance forapplication build, deployment, and release automation Handle Active Directory (AD) administration including user/group management, authentication policies, and integration with enterprise applications Design and implement Group Policy Objects (GPO) for security hardening, system configuration, and operational compliance Support and configure ADFS setup for authentication and federation services in enterprise environments.
