Technical Lead - ECU/electrical systems

Supporting top level Motorsport & High Performance Car makers to secure Top Talent

We’re seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to take ownership of ECU/electrical systems delivery within BEV/PHEV electrical architectures. This is a pivotal role in our client’s R&D function, supporting the delivery of its first luxury BEV vehicle. You’ll be the technical authority, guiding development, ensuring timely delivery and influencing strategic direction. A proven knowledge of Body Control systems and the delivery of these systems for a vehicle manufacturer is essential.

What’s on offer:

• Contract: 12-month maternity cover (Inside IR35)
• Hybrid (minimum 60% onsite, flexible on days)
• Hours: 37 hours/week
• Travel: UK travel required; driving licence essential, occasional European travel (3-4 times/year)
