Job Description: Technical Lead – EDMS (1 Headcount)

Role Overview
The Technical Lead will act as the single point of contact for A*STAR, providing overall technical ownership and governance of the EDMS platform. This role is responsible for system oversight, incident escalation, and service performance management while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for A*STAR.
  • Provide end-to-end oversight of the EDMS platform.
  • Lead incident prioritisation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Track and manage SLAs and KPIs, including system uptime, ticket handling, and resolution timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure service continuity, stability, and compliance with operational standards.

Technologies / Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of EDMS architecture.
