Salary: CAD 75,000 - 80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced PCB repair, rework, and reballing activities on complex electronic assemblies
• Execute and support repair processes involving tools, nozzles, high thermal components, and fine‑pitch assemblies
• Develop, document, and improve repair and rework procedures for the production environment
• Train and support operators on repair techniques, workmanship standards, and best practices
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of assembly and repair defects
• Maintain high workmanship standards in accordance with IPC requirements
• Assist with process improvements related to repair and rework operations
• Support hand soldering and specialized soldering applications where required
