Technical Lead Engineer: Digitisation / Control Systems

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Technical Lead Engineer: Digitisation / Control Systems. This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for providing engineering authority, technical governance, and architectural oversight across PLC, SCADA, industrial networks, historian, and reporting systems.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical authority within the Digitisation function, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with specifications across all software and network deliverables. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of leading complex control system projects from design through to commissioning, while upholding ISO 9001 quality standards.

This position is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in multi-vendor automation environments and possesses deep expertise in industrial communication networks, including fibre optic and Ethernet-based architectures.
