The Role

【ポジション概要】
Linux構築のご経験を活かし、インフラ基盤構築の技術リードとしてだけでなく、IT戦略・ロードマップ策定にも関与できる上流ポジションです。

大手生命保険会社向けの大規模プロジェクトにて、10〜14名のチームを技術的に牽引しながら、レビュー・品質管理・移行計画策定など、基盤構築の中心となる役割を担っていただきます。
PM候補としてキャリアアップを目指す方に最適な環境です。

【業務内容】
・Linux（AIX 含む）を中心としたインフラ基盤の構築
・技術リーダーとして10〜14名規模チームを牽引
・作業内容の技術レビュー、品質チェック
・構築テスト、移行計画書の作成
・顧客向け報告資料の作成・説明
・IT戦略・ロードマップ策定への参画（将来の基盤構想検討）
