Technical Lead HCM Analyst – Learn & Talent

WSP is expanding HR Shared Services to support different regions through our Manila hub. In this role, you will deliver support through our Operations & Enhancements Track on the Horizon program as Technical Lead HCM Analyst - Learn & Talent

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

+ Maintain a deep working knowledge of the Core Oracle HCM system in order to utilize its capabilities
+ Provide technical support and deliver enhancements in the primary areas of focus: Learn & Talent including maintaining technical documentation, testing & defect resolution
+ Provide advanced level support for questions which could not be resolved by first or second levels of support through our ServiceNow platform
+ Undertake independent research in order to provide support, resolve issues, find root cause of unexpected results or process flows; recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements
