Job Description

Overview 
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Project Manager to lead Salesforce development teams and deliver large-scale Salesforce projects. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with solid project leadership and Agile delivery experience. 
Key Qualifications 
5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Technical Lead or Project Management role) 
Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and delivering large-scale Salesforce projects 
Strong hands-on expertise in: 
Apex 
Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
Salesforce Architecture 
Integrations 
Solid background in Agile / Scrum delivery using tools like Jira 
Salesforce and Project Management certifications are highly regarded 
Work Setup & Location 
Location: Makati 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 
Shift: Dayshift
