Scope of Work for Team Lead

1. Major duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate is:

• a. To develop, perform unit-test on solutions, execute built-code for testing, perform system Integration/Regression Test and other tests required by the Authority prior to rollout of applications.
• b. To collaborate with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Product Owner) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the development team.
• c. To direct and guide the development team in various aspects of the software development life cycle, development, coding, testing and debugging to deliver solutions.
• d. To work with Project Manager or Authority on development requirements and implementation timeline.
• e. To perform post-rollout maintenance work such as solving of problem reports, providing solutions on bug fixes and change requests.
