This is a leadership role where you will own the technology, maintenance, process and setting for the equipment for the line. You will possess deep expertise and will be viewed as the technology expert of the line/s.



**How you will contribute**



+ Fulfillment of the planned production volume on the allocated plant, taking all of them into account

+ Responsible for the planning and implementation of preventive and condition-based maintenance to ensure the highest possible availability of the systems.

+ Responsible of leading, train and coaching direct reports such as Section Electrician, Section Mechanic and Section Locksmith

+ Carry out, live and train the progressive maintenance tools (BDA, BD reduction, ABC anal...
