Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our clients Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) asset in Angola. In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical and logistics professionals, overseeing a multi-million dollar maintenance budget, and ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant performance of the FPSO facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the technical and logistics departments supporting FPSO operations, including maintenance, materials/supply chain, and field services
Oversee an annual maintenance budget of approximately $18 million, ensuring cost-effective and efficient spending
Serve as the primary liaison between offshore FPSO leadership and the central technical team, communicating on operational issues, asset integrity, and maintenance planning
