This full-time position is a crucial role within our growing operations, responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our ferry services.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee the maintenance, repair and technical performance of our ferry fleet
Ensure all vessels comply with safety regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with the operations team to optimize ferry schedules and maintain service reliability
Supervise and develop the technical team, providing guidance and support as needed
Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency
Manage technical projects and budgets effectively
Liaise with vendors, suppliers and regulatory bodies as required
