Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation is seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Manager to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is a crucial role within our growing operations, responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our ferry services.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the maintenance, repair and technical performance of our ferry fleet
• Ensure all vessels comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize ferry schedules and maintain service reliability
• Supervise and develop the technical team, providing guidance and support as needed
• Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Manage technical projects and budgets effectively
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and regulatory bodies as required
