Technical Manager

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Technical Manager for the plant in Anderbolt, Gauteng, South Africa.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Technical Manager ensures production continuity and product quality, guaranteeing machine and equipment performance and continuous improvement by the company's standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supervising the Technical team of the plant, managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues
Developing the maintenance plan for machines, molds, equipment, and facilities in coordination with the Production Manager
Monitoring the execution of the maintenance plan, organizing and supporting the Technical team
Planning machine installation and setup, including preparation of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic setup; carrying out sampling activities, ensuring correct process setting
