Job Description
Core Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technicians and service engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
2. Operations Oversight: Schedule and prioritize installations, breakdown repairs, and preventive maintenance.
3. Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting for complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues that field technicians cannot resolve alone.
4. Inventory & Logistics: Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts and tools inventory.
5. Training & Development: Conduct technical training sessions for staff and customers on machine operation and software updates.
6. Quality & Strategy: Implement service policies and standards to optimize productivity and minimize equipment downtime for clients.
