Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Technical Manager (Abattoir). Duties & Responsibilities

Key requirements: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science or related field. Significant leadership experience in FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards. Experience managing FSMS systems and ensuring audit compliance. Strategic thinking to develop and implement technical plans. Track record in setting and driving departmental KPIs.
